Separation and demolition of building and foundations of an addition to the Monti’s between the Hayden house in Tempe. Original building was to remain as part of Historic Preservation.
Extra care and attention to detail went into the separation of the building from the original building to remain since it was the historic Monti’s La Casa Vieja that dates back to the 1800s and carries a lot of Tempe history.
