Demolition of a 60-foot-tall concrete building totaling 66,000 SF. 17,400 Tons of concrete was recycled; 600 tons of metal was recycled.
This in Downtown Phoenix building was 20 feet away from a parking garage so the building demo had to be very methodical and precise so that it would fall away from the parking garage.
